Recruiting GrimmRP hiring Cast file (.CCT) editor and or maker

I am hiring for my RP V26 since I am not a great artist, I have all the programs to open and edit a .CCT file but at the same time I don't know what I am doing and not that pretty with my designs either.

What I am looking for:f
Someone who likes to make hh_human_acc_face, hh_human_shirt etc.
Good at art work so no funny looking in-game images.
Knows their way around Macromedia Director MX 2004.
