"Grand Theft Auto: Vice City is 16 years old."
I would love to see this happen tbh. I think GTA V was a cool game and the content they added was definitely amazing but I really didn't enjoy the setting or story-line much at all.
Granted this is just my opinion, take it for what it is.

I'd personally rather see a map of the USA, Canada or anywhere's in Europe, I think that'd be a cool experience. Vice City was pretty nice as well, but I think they should come out with more creative content rather than remaster it as we seen what remastering does in the Call of Duty series - makes it shit.

I don’t really know how to make it anymore clear, it was a rumour a while ago that GTA VI was going to be based off a country - particularly USA.

Eh it really actually depends on how many people you're talking about are working and are making the map a day.
If there are 10 workers and they are working everyday it'll take them about 5 years to finish.
And obviously I'm not as advanced as a company like Rockstar lol, I don't even own a company lmfao.

If there is 20, then it will take them 2.5 years, if there is 30 it'll take them 1.25 years and so on. Not too sure how you went from 20 years to 5 years. It's possible, but would take time, just like anything.
