Furni Shows up as black box

Custom furni is showing up as black box even though I'm positive I have done everything correctly?
The .swf is in hof_furni and shares the exact same name as the information in furnidata.xml.
The ID in furnidata.xml is the exact same as the ID in the furniture table, and in the catalogue table in the database.
My cache has been cleared yet the furni is not showing up. I can excuse the icon not showing up because I didn't add one but the furniture should show up. Someone please help.

You either didn't add it right or it cant find the swf. load client with developer tools with network section open, then goto the catalog and find said broken furniture, can it find it?

It seems to me it can find the .swf but not the icon that has a purple '404' next to it, which makes sense to me. Why is the furni not loading?

Update: I added an original swf instead of copying, pasting and editing an existing swf and it rendered properly. This could be why.
