Floor Plan Editor - Import/Export Problem

Hey, there. Recently I was trying to import a new floor plan into the floor plan editor via its import/export. However, it gave me a message saying:

You must be registered for see images attach

Is there a reason for why it's giving me this message? I'm not a pro at floor plan editor XD
