Findretros Problem

hey guys, i have a problem my findretros has been limited because it's on my index or whatever i've tried to remove it but it's still appearing on the index? i've deleted all the findretros/voting files in my cms and everywhere else and it's still appearing? does anyone know how to fix it

It’s still got to be there if it’s still asking you to vote. The rule is the banner from the FR link can’t link to a force vote. Check index or global in your root folder.
