Why is this released?
To help people to learn how program Visual Basic as I feel and probably others such as Donk (he loves VB) how easy it is to create a simple server that can hold alot of users if you put your mind it.
Old thread:
-Has working encoding
-Working Socket
-Sends data correctly
-Uses Case [B64 No.]
-Better understanding code
-Register is has more work done to it
-Shows incomming/outcomming packets
-It has potential to show how much users are online with so file writing.
