Fancy dress ideas?

Well me and friends are going on holiday soon and dressing up, however we aren't letting anyone see the costumes we get until the night we wear them in holiday so it'll be a total suprise/laugh

But I'm in two minds what to get.. Here's a few possibilities that I thought of:

1) a PIMP with cane etc, basically this:

2) dress up as Herbert the pervert from family guy, this would mean buyin a dressing gown, slippers and a wig etc like make my own would look similar to
