You cannot access the user control panel until your site has been approved. You will receive an email when your site is approved.

I think it's because my redirect took people to my forum that you may have 'deleted' my account. It has only been redirecting to my forum while we setup the hotel. the hotel is going to be r51 beta on a dedicated server. If I get the hotel up and post something here to tell you is there any chance of me getting my #3 back on topsites? please reply.
