Error Client 20%

Good morning guys.

I did this procedure to activate the GOTW currency, but after that my client does not charge more than 20%. It always gets 20% and then "Configuration Error". I've already undone the tutorial and nothing fixes it, I don't know what else to do, can anyone help me?
