[ERROR] Arcturus Emulator 3.0

Hello I am facing problems in Arcturus Emulator 3.0. When adding IP of the VPS in the config.ini I get this error:

You must be registered for see links

It only works when I set the IP 127.0.0.1

help!

What about nitro? What IP do I put before port 2096?
