Entering Client and refreshed issue

I had some user experienced that when they enter the client, it will auto redirected to /me site after the client done loading. But some are ok. I need help

Get them to clear their cache

They did. But is still having this issues

Clearing cache will not fix this problem, more in likely there is a item in their hand glitched so when they open their hand it disconnects them. You will need to empty the users hand (AFTER TESTING this theory!) and to fix the redirection go into your config and it will say "client.error.=

You must be registered for see links

" change /me to /client

is a new user and they does not have any hand item

Check to make sure they are not a vpn (check the emulator for the disconnect to see if its a cache error) and also check your bans table to make sure your proxy or IP is not banned
