EMULATOR PROBLEMS ! [HELP]

right so i have a few problems with 2 emu's i am trying to load in order to get onto my hotel but i cant seem to find the problem, here are 2 screenies of the problems, can anyone tell me what the problem is and how to fix it, thank you, much appreciated.

On my edit, the error is right at the top, it cannot find /bin/mysql.ini - add that file, in my default download it is there, however I wouldn't use it.

So it finds msql.ini in bin folder when i open XOA EMU but not yours..? df

There is a part in your emu error that says 'Rar$EX' I think that you opened it directly in winrar or w/e.

You must extract it into a folder of some sort, not open it directly from the rar.
