Emulator Problem

Yo! My friend wants to open a hotel, I have one too. He has a great pack but his emulator gives this error.

You must be registered for see images attach

The pack uses Slopt Emulator, my pack uses Slopt too. So I gave him my emulator and the same problem!! What should we do? Please help!
