Emulator Error Help [Fonix 3.8.3]

Two Questions:
1. Every time I load my emulator which is Fonix 3.8.3 it loads all the way it shows...
[1:11 PM] Connection [0] Dropped from [127.0.01]
Which is
the current
time.
Question: Is this suppose to be right?
2. If that is suppose to be like this when I load my client it disconnects and says:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 65488 bytes) in C:\xampp1\htdocs\app\tpl\class.html.php on line 27

I think it's the SWF's,Habbo.swf to be precise.
