I actually can't find in the Habbo.swf images where this thing is.

In your swf folder, under c_images, under a folder called reception usually.

You can find the exactly link for it by pressing CTRL + SHIFT + J and looking at where the image resources are loaded from (the link)

You can also find the link by looking in your external_variables/overrides
