Greetings!
My name is 2p, I'm currently trying to realize a project of mine that has been in the thinking process for a long time.

Let me start off by explaining.
Here in the north (Norway) - habbo retros are still a really popular after-school/work time killer and what is really cool, and where the potential really lays is that there is usually no more than 2-3 active open hotels at one time. Right now there is another hotel that is hogging most of the norwegian users, reaching online numbers of 80-140 users daily. But I've seen over the past weeks that they are slowly loosing users interest by not listening to users wishes, hosting the same events over and over, and favorising users from the userbase making decisionmaking unfair and making a bad enviroment for users to be a part of.

So right now I see the perfect oppurtunity to launch my project and start getting what I need to do done.
I have tons of ideas that I want to implement into the hotel, and this is were the person that I'm searching for comes into the picture.

Right now the hotel is online, it has some users but mostly friends I've granted beta-keys to do light testing and bug-exploring.
I already have a developer on my team that I'm paying monthly, but he is not available all the time, so getting more help will really help speed progress up!

Over the years of playing norwegian hotels, I've gather really good information about what drives players to a hotel and what makes them thrive (Bonus here is that other nordic players, Swedish, and Danish also likes to join these hotels - because of the small to none language barrier. We have a very similar typing language which makes it possible for three nations to collectively play on one hotel together, boosting the userrate)

Popular things to do on Norwegian/Nordic Hotels:

- Gambling/casino -
this requires us to setup a stable and balanced economy from the start. Daily credits/duckets/diamonds earning will be low and people will have to grind to obtain currency. Furni/rare economy will also have to be balanced around these values.

- Events - People love playing events, and for that reason I'm already in contact with several people from other Nordic hotels that will assist in making fun wired-games, autogames, big events, weekly contest, building rooms and providing fun activites for users to enjoy when playing the hotel. Also I would like to implement a leveling system for events - meaning that users collect XP from winning/playing events, and when leveling up they recieve rewards based on lvl. This can be credits, duckets, diamonds, furniture and also a badge per level (already added from 1-100). I've already tried the PrizePlugin for arcturus, but I can't really seem to get it to work properly. This is something we can discuss when a partnership is an option in our conversation.

- Habbo football (no the one you guys remember) - This is a old game from habbo.no and habbo.se - which during the early days of habbo (2007-2015 era) exploded in popularity on both the norwegian habbo hotel and also other countries like sweden, brazil, italy etc. This game is based on 2v2 or 3v3 - where two teams compete to score against eachother on a playing field using Z shelfs to make blocking users paths possible. I can explain this more in detail, but the important thing about this is that for this to work on new emu's and client, the pathfinding and clicks have to me restructured to work like they did back in the day. In the current state of the hotel this game is almost impossible to enjoy, and I will therefore be in need of a person with the skills to custom code the pathfinding and clicks to work in the way we want them to. (Maybe like a :togglepathfinding command?) If we can make this work like intended, it will drive tons of users to the hotel, making the community spike reaaaaally fast in users and activity!

I have many more ideas, but these right here are the most important ones to be able to fully implement before even thinking about launching the hotel in beta.
If you are a passionate developer, who strives to get results and believe in this project (trust me this is a success recipe here in Norway) - I hope you will contact me so we can discuss this further.
Monthly pay is a big possibility for the right person - good work deserves pay!

I manage to do some stuff myself, but when things get too technical I just don't have the skills needed to get the results I want.
An informative and nice discord server is up and running (in the making) with a custom bot - a roadmap for future updates, rules and other information that will be added during development.
I hope to hear from some of you soon!
