Does phoenix still work?

Basically I downloaded a version 3.11.0
and has quacksters edit.
It loads up and there is no action going through the emulator? but client loads.
My server is portforwarded as i'm using a r63b emu atm

Phoenix Cracked Editions still work. if its an r63b hotel and your using and r63 emulator it wouldn't work anyways....

Any, by the looks of the error phx 3.11 is made for ports 30000 & 30001 only so use them if not

I've set it all up perfectly. 3.11.0 and it wont connect with the swfs but when I used cracked 3.8.1 it works perfectly? I don't understand this lol

I had this problem with Phoenix 3.11 to, you need to change game.tcp.bindip, mus.tcp.bindip and mus.tcp.allowedaddr to your VPS, Dedicated Server or PC's IPV4 Adress.

Just did that and all i'm getting is. Connection dropped [0] fromp [IP ADDRESS]
