You miss typed the MUS IP unless you change it , it should be 30001 I don't think that would cause it , but give that a try.
Did you open your port to allow connections?

My ports in the firewall are allowed 30000, and 30001 edit -> My emulator now works but now it does not even seem to get a connection from the client & also when I put my server IP, it does however say that mysql cannot connect to host , so could it be that 3306 needs to be portforwarded? Is this why my emulator does not show any connections or is it my CMS?
