PC Develope Minecraft Page?

Thinking about developing a Minecraft page for people to go to and communicate threw forums but have there own entire deisgn with Javascript animation with bootstrap responsiveness and also some jQuery animations what you think?

"jQuery animations" - what's wrong with using CSS for graphical animations, its better practice.

"Bootstrap responsiveness" - by this do you mean you want it running on bootstrap? Or do you just want a responsive site?

Also, what are you actually asking for, a forum for Minecraft?

bootstrap responsive as in some of it would be included to have bootstrap but then I'll have it available for mobile.
