I think DevBest's rules are to over the top. And I think Sherlock makes sure that not a single rule is broken when some are just not important. This is what DevBest's staff are like:

Ofcourse I make sure rules aren't broken. Thats my job.

As for the rules being to strict, now I can only speak for the Habbo Section, a few days ago I revised all rules and deleted some of the rules not needed. Also

and I made some changes in the Team Recruitment section so people could post threads which couldn't be posted before in any other sections.

For every rule is a reason - and I think the rules in the Habbo Section are very reasonable.
