Desperatley Need Help

Hey guys, i just bought my domain.
I have a website on localhost that i wanna portforward and use my domain.
The localhost site runs on port 8080, but for some reason, it doesn't matter if apache is running, if mysql is running, the site works, if mysql isn't running, i get a database error, making the site inaccessible. If your not clear, the site address is

but it doesn't matter if apache is running, the only required running program is mysql. So if someone can help me portforward and set up the domain for my site, that would be great, PM me if you need more details.

I'd recommend you purchase web hosting, not a good idea hosting a website from your computer's web server.
