Default website setup in IIS?

Hey guys so I was editing permissions and such and screwed up my IIS. I reinstalled it and then I kept getting a 403 or something error. My config is good cause it worked before I screwed up the IIS. I deleted the default IIS website, can someone help me out?

copy ur files into a winrar upload on internet and reset vps easy as that or uninstall iis and all its componets
and reinstall

Thats what I did the first time.
403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.
You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied.

Oi... Web.config do you even know what a retro is... get a new web.config or get one if you dont have one if that dont work then check your config..

get a new cms and try it
