Customs with Transparent..

So,
I am trying to make my custom I am doing for the first time transparent.. It seems likes my customs doesn't seem to be transparent incorrectly.
I transparent this custom;

Appears as this;

Any clues?

Happens to me all the time. I just installed Photoshop Portable on my server and did it that way.
I think when you copy the image when transparent it adds a background.

I got it to work;

I used Trillix which is not good LMAO. Anyways, close thread please!
