Creating Azure SQL [Willing2Pay]

I'm fairly new to furni and I was wondering how do I make sqls, and furni data for Azure. Can someone please if you're kind enough to briefly explain the steps into making these? I'm pretty sure it wont be hard for me to learn, I just need the help to get my started..
