cosmic cms problem

hello i just installed cosmic cms and i have a wired problem here its just kinda grey and it says cms and it in russian any how to get around that ?

i figure it out but now i have diffrent problem i have given the premisson needed and everything and i cant really see why i dont work xD

You need to give your root folder permissions.

1. Right click on the root folder of your website and go to properties.
2. Head over to the Security tab and click on Edit.
3. Click on Add and first add IUSR to the object names and click OK. Now give it Full control and click on apply.
4. Do the same for IIS_IUSRS.

this is on linux and all the foler have 777 = full acsess so i dont understand this

i worked it out now xD
