You’ll be required to set-up and manage teams of players who can help with advertising, competitions, events, customer service and improving the game.</p><p>Players will follow your decisions within Hubbo – you’ll have a lot of responsibility within the game and ensuring that it succeeds. You should be able to handle yourself professionally and treat all users fairly. We want Hubbo to succeed in being the internet’s coolest virtual world, and to do that we need to ensure that all our players feel safe and that everyone is enjoying themselves.</p><p>This role is voluntary with bonus monetary payments to individuals that outperform the rest of the team and show real passion for their role and the future of the game.</p><p></p><p><strong>Duties</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Punishing players who break the Hubbo Community GuidelinesProviding game support to players in need</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Overseeing and creating community activities within the game</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Supporting players with keeping their account safe, and recommending account security options to players.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Escalating issues to other members of staff when you cannot assist the player.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Keeping the community engaged and active.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Creating and overseeing advertising strategies.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">Being involved in recruitment of player moderators.</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Progression</strong></p><p>There is room for progression in the team for individuals who show that they stand out from the rest and always meet targets.</p><p>There is also progression to other teams if you show that you are more suited to them roles and that you are happy to move teams.</p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong></strong></p><ul> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">You must display that you can act in a professional manor in difficult situations.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">You must display that you are willing to help others.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">You must be able to complete duties at least 16 hours per week. If you’re unable to keep to that target, we will have to dismiss you for another individual.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">You must show knowledge on good security practises, including passwords and securing personal information.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">You always act professionally, do not have a habit of using bad language and have good listening skills.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">You must show passion in Hubbo and helping with the operations of Hubbo.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">You have played the game for at least 2,000 minutes and have understanding of how the game works.</li> <li data-xf-list-type="ul">You have not been banned for bad behaviour on the game within the past 6 months.</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Alternatives</strong></p><p>If you are unsuccessful for the role of ‘Community Manager’, there are other similar positions available in the team.
