Command mute not working fine

Hello, I have a problem that is that the mute command is not working fine.
When I say :MUTE (USER) (TIME) it says to the other user that the room has been muted for (TIME) minutes and when he changes the room he can talk.
What I have to do to fix it? Thank you.

Changing the name of the command in CommandManager, it's like another thing was using the command :mute and I changed to :mutear and it worked.
