Command c# help

Hey devbest, I downloaded a open source pheonix emu. I tried to add a command for a test, copied a command already in the client but changed the name. I added permissions for the command, but still wont work. The only place I added the command to was ChatCommandHandler.cs and changed case number. Any ideas?

When i add new commands i have to edit 2 files.

Called: Commands.cs
The other called: Commands_Register.cs

But i use butterfly and not Phoenix, which are 2 different emulators(Playing captain obvious here ;p)
So i wouldn't know if Phoenix had those files...
