You provided NO text at all in your post. You posted an image, and then for your thread name you said "CMS Theme Problem". How the fuck is anyone on here supposed to know what you want? Common sense would tell you that everyone on this forum would need to see the code in order to tell you why it's doing that. You could also have used developer tools and looks at the css provided to see if there was an overriding css rule that was making it appear down there. I am a web developer however there are 50 things I could think of that could be causing your page to look like that.
