Client white screen issue

I am running Uber CMS 2 and Butterfly Emu with Xamp and Navicat and I a trying to get into the client on my hotel and it just does a white screen doesnt load anything heres the link if you want to see for yourself

Idk what to fix in the external_variables or SWF's and i do NOT own the hotel but the owner is a good bud of mine and I have access to the VPS so I figured i would fix it or try at least since he is away

It says again go to the newclient.php file but theres not one in the TPL folder
