Client UI with Scroll - New UI?

So my habbo.swf has the blue navigator and mod tools etc, Hotel alert has the blue UI.
But when sending a UI with a scroll, it sends this one.

Basically, is this just go to edited in the Habbo.swf with a UI editior?

Do you mean the colour? if so you'll need to change that in the SWF.
