If you can reproduce the error they are having then its probably an swf error. The majority of the time the client doesn't connect is because it can't find a resource and throws a 404 error and the whole thing crashes. One way of finding out if this is the issue using chrome you can open the developer console and it click preserve logs and see if it spits out any 404 errors relative to your swf path. Things like favicon you can ignore.</p></blockquote><p></p>
