Have you tried updating your web_build? That's normally the cause of white clients.

Replace your current web_build with: 63_1dc60c6d6ea6e089c6893ab4e0541ee0/1458

1) Update your web-build.
2) Check all the SWF's, variables and flash texts are working.
3) Check the SWF's fit with the CMS your using.

Go to all of your swfs example: localhost/external_variables.txt
All of those, if some dont load then your swfs are shit and
you will need to find new ones. especially
if the base of the swfs doesnt load, localhost/r63/swf
or just localhost/r63, if those dont load thats also your problem.
