Client Issues useing Plus EMU

Hi all I decided to get back in retros and decided to use to use Sledmore Emu and I set everything right as the EMU ran fine but most of the site works baring 1 which is the client it stuck on this page I checked in the console as u can see and it shows no errors I looked at the emu and it not picking up a connection cause it not letting me go any further like build rooms are so on I was wondering if there any fix for it

hell atleast youre on the client, im stuck on the infamous 76% and i looked at countless threads and tutorials etc
