Client Error [Flash]

Good day! Can someone please help me with this client error?

I have been getting this error since forever! It's sickening me that it happens to EVERY hotel I try to play. I have tried to clear my cache, and a different browser. But it's no use. I hope someone can help me.

(Please be nice, I'm new here and just in need of help.)

EDIT: I'm sorry if this is in the wrong section, I'm honestly confused on where to put it.
