Client 76% HabboEmu

Hi, I'm budget Habbo Emulator with the related SWF, Habbo.swf and database provided by the developer, the problem is client remains at 76%! Here are the config and an EMU screen. The patches should all be correct.
if I close the emulator, the client remains fixed to 76, if it is started at 76 it disconnects
