Cleaning my Laptop

Hey all,

So I downloaded Team Fortress 2 from steam and it runs, How ever I think it could be better. I know that the following things I am asking you wont guarantee it but I have been wanting to do this for ages. I want to clean my PC of junk and basically clear some RAM etc. Do any of you know any good free programs for this?

Reinstall windows..
That's the only way to do it omg do you even lift?

Seriously a healthy install will remove all bloatware that starts up with your computer, also try killing some tasks in task manager and editing programs that start at boot

Doesn't matter anymore, got a new laptop so this thread can be closed or removed
