Can't put the voting api on my hotel

Yer, so the problem is, I've bought a pre-installed hotel from epichosts.co.uk and I don't know how to put the voting api from "thehabbos" on my hotel. I've had 3 technicians try and work it out but it just isnt working, I know you need filezilla and stuff but we cant seem to do it, i need someone that deffinently knows what there doing and is confident that they can fix the issue i have thanks, I need it done asap im sure it would be a piece of cake to a decent tech.

well i dont have a hotel but try to contact epichosts.co.uk and they'll fix i6t. if the dont SUE 'em
