Cant find a good tutorial

Can someone link me a tutorial to setup a habbo retro for PlusEMU? Can't seem to find any good, updated and working tutorials anywhere :/. I may have asked this in another thread but this is me being more specific. I just want a hotel for localhost with a PlusEMU and RevCMS just to have fun, thanks
