I get a notification, and I'll click it.

But there's no reply. Wondering if the user just deletes it or I can't see it.

sometimes the user deletes it or the staff does it mainly the staff that delete the stuff

If a post is against a rule, staff can delete that post. This results in you recieving the alert, but the message won't be viewable for you.
