Can I migrate my database from PlusEMU to Arcturus Morningstar or PLUSEMU r2 or r3 ?????

I need to update my habbo hotel to fix vulnerability issues with tanji .... I sent the host the latest version of PLUSemu but Apparently the host compiled the emulator and attach the .exe together with the .sql file and they get an error when compiling it.

Are PLUS EMU R1, R2 and R3 databases compatible with each other?
Can I migrate from PLUS EMU to Arcturus Morningstar without losing my database?
How could I update the emulator without losing my database?

Theres an update SQL file in Plus Emulator R2 or R3 I think that you can upgrade your current version of Plus to R2

Plus to Arcturus would take you some serious time and commitment, there would be a lot of database structure changes.
