Bug retro 76% my registered users

Hello, what happened is the following. My registered users and I, from one day to the next when restarting the vps, cannot start a session, they are left at 76% but the new ones can enter, any solution?

Flush the cache on cloudflare, check for any errors on the browser networking / console
