I know the swf's are fine, what's going on

Make sure your variables are configured correctly.
Not gonna lie, if you cannot figure out how to update your web-build maybe owning a hotel isn't the best choice for you.

By clicking the Button or URL?

I have the same problem (withe client), what web build are we talking about? And do you mean just to replace everything in web build with the source from habbo.com?
