Black Box Furniture At Random Times?

Make sure:
1) The .swf file for that furni is in the hof_furni location (with all the other furni)
2) Your catalog_items item_id column matches the furniture item_id column.
3) The sprite_id column in the furniture table matches the correct id in furnidata.txt
-Example: (furnidata) ["s","4290","xmas11_flag","38095","0","1","1","","xmas11_flag name","xmas11_flag desc","","-1","-1","","1"]
4) And the name maches the .swf file name... For example: xmas11_flag.swf

No No, I go on this hotel, Literally every 5 minutes or so we have to clear our cache just to see the furniture again. I've never encountered the problem before when running a retro. The furni is viewable when the cache is cleared then after 5 minutes if you weren't in a room with the furniture or look in the cata for furniture it all would be blank, whatever you didn't load into your cache would be black boxed.
Now, His idea at first was with his cloud flare, And I was thinking it was more emu, based having trouble loading it after a select time. But I don't believe it is that now. I believe he was right and that it's something to do with cloud flare.
This Doesn't just apply to the furni swfs, it also applys to clothes and the public rooms. If you didn't load them a white box would appear on screen (screenshots provided below)
So far I've spent almost almost 3 hours trying to find solutions and other things that have been having the same issues.
Hopefully this is enough info to have someone give us a hand. I'd very much appreciate it.
Here is the image taken of my room Fully loaded before the 5-10 minutes (Every item loaded, Notice how the christmas raising floors are in my room)
Image of another room after the bug, after about 5 minutes: (items that I have in my room or have seen in the cata are loaded. Other items aren't)
Seeing as I don't think it is necessary to show you a pic of the lido as it is.. this is what it looks like if you don't load a public room when the error/bug occurs.

It's not the SWF nor' catalogue pack. I've tried several. It's something else.
EDIT: A mate of mine said that cloudflare is cacheing my SWF's and told me to put it on development mode. So i've done so and i'm awaiting the results.

How do you have Cloudflare setup?
Is it just xenon.pw/swfslinkhere
Or rather on a subdmain like swfslinkhere.xenon.pw?
There are certain functions in cloudflare where you can set the TTL (Time of how long cache stays) Maybe that's set to every 5 minutes. PM me if you'd like.
