I'm looking for a nice Banner for a hotel named "Smash Hotel". If it's possible, could you add flash in it as well? Please and Thank you.

Also looking for a good logo as well, that says "Smash", and Staff Badges that Say "Smash MOD, Smash Admin, and Smash Owner"
