So i have a fansite im making, and i see them REALLY nice moving picture and stuff, the background stays the same and stuff just keaps poping up, thats kinda what i want you know? But every time i get close to making it its either a slide show or it only exepts the EXACT oposite of that image type, then i change the type and the image looks like crap. can some one please tell me the program/website how too make a nice banner? please and thanks!
