If your using PlusEMU it is probably in emulator_settings table of your database; or its completely hard coded somewhere into the source.

If your using Arcturus Morningstar again, Emulator_settings ctrl + f and look for credits and it will come up in seconds. Now if your looking how to set the amount you get check permissions table and goto auto.credits collumn cant remember.

Then again this could just be an issue where the EMU edit you are using is bare horrible and you just need to use another one.
