I want to open a hotel using Arcturus Moningstar but I can't find a compatible SWF and CMS for the latest version, does anyone have any packages that I can share?

Use Brain and SWF’s from Plus.

use the ms-swf in krews and cosmic cms.

I second this. They are designed to be used with Arcturus, while the brain CMS and PlusEMU SWFs are not. While they may work, some variables may be missing et-cetra.
