Arcturus Error

Trying to set up Arcturus on my local, but it spits out this error, and I've got no clue on what to do:

Rename the folder with the emulator to "Arcturus"

Well, I haven't used a Java emulator or Arcturus before, but judging by the error, it says the source is ConfigurationManager, so i'm assuming it has to do with your configuration details? Check your config file and make sure everything looks good.
