API Not Forcing Vote

Hey all,

I just recently installed the api. If I go to nabbohotel.ca/api.php once logged and I know I havent voted it doesnt force me to vote. I can click the logo on my website and it will send me to vote but its not forcing me to vote. My config.php is correct I even added the force client includes at the top of my client.php.

What I mean by it doesn't force to me to vote is it proceeds straight to client, even though I know I haven't voted in the last 24 hours. Thanks for any help!

Bump. I think it has to do with something regarding echoing cause my VPS provider blocked certain echo features on my Firewall.
